The only real problem with this product is that they've omitted the crucial black metal arm which attaches the grass box to the mower - a feature we believe would have greatly improved its functionality and performance. This arm is so simple to use, yet it seems completely missing from our copy. We can't return it because we need to mow our new tenants' lawn ASAP. Unfortunately, there are no instructions provided in the packaging.

Given that these issues are being reported across multiple customers, it's clear that the product has some significant design flaws. It's not just a matter of the grass box being ineffective - this entire system appears to be wasteful from a practical standpoint.

First time use, assembly of main body was a breeze. However, one aspect that requires extra attention - the grass collector's rod insert. Not included with the purchase, you're left to figure out how to properly attach it on your own. Despite this minor hiccup, performance is satisfactory.
